Originally from Taiwan, I moved to the United States at nineteen to pursue a lifelong ambition of becoming a dentist—a goal I have held since the age of fifteen. I am driven by a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to improving the lives of others, finding great fulfillment in the intersection of health and aesthetics.

I have a profound appreciation for both natural beauty and meticulous design, a perspective that informs my clinical work and my fascination with the evolving world of digital dentistry. Outside of the office, I am an avid fan of action cinema, particularly the Mission: Impossible series.

Today, I am proud to collaborate with the exceptional team at iSmile Dental, where we utilize the latest technology to provide exciting, high-quality care for our patients.

My name is Jalisha, and I am the Operations Coordinator here at iSmile Dental Group! Since 2016, I’ve dedicated my career to the dental field, and I can truly say this office is extraordinary. I am constantly inspired by Dr. Pei’s genuine kindness and passion for dentistry, which fuels my mission to ensure our team’s excellence shines through in everything we do.

When I’m not at the office, I am a proud single mother to my son and daughter. We love creating new memories together as a family. In my quiet time, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, binge-watching a great series, or exploring the local food scene. While I haven't traveled internationally yet, I’m looking forward to adding global adventures to my list very soon!

Hi, I’m Ian. I moved to the United States nearly two years ago, bringing with me six years of specialized experience in the dental technical field. In my current role, I focus on the intricate design of various dental restorations, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of function and aesthetics.

Outside of the office, I cherish time with my friends and family. I’m also an avid gamer and enjoy picking up a good book whenever I can. A few of my favorite things? The movie Shrek 2 and a classic 'all-flat' lemon pepper wing meal from Wingstop!

If you ever stop by my cubicle, you’ll quickly see that pink is my favorite color—though I’m also a fan of green and black! I’m a Cancer in the Western zodiac and an Ox in the Chinese zodiac, bringing a balance of care and determination to our patients every day.

Before joining iSmile Dental, I was taking care of my young children full-time. With 8 years of experience as a dental assistant, I was thrilled and grateful when a friend introduced me to Dr. Peng's practice. Now, after 2 years of working here, my life is busy but fulfilling. I'm also thankful for my family's support in pursuing my professional career. Outside of work, I enjoy indulging in good food and capturing moments through photography. I love documenting life's little moments through words and photos.

I am an avid hiker and am constantly planning my next long-distance wilderness backpacking adventure. My home is full of life with my horse and several rescue dogs, including one very special pup I adopted from my favorite island destination, Aruba!
